The Parreñas Group is a family owned corporation with offices in Las Vegas, NV, San Bernardino, CA,  the City of Manila and Iloilo City in the  Philippines.  It has been giving its clients productively successful consulting services in classroom instruction and educational management, human resource and organizational development, planning and corporate management interventions for the last 30 years.

Its consultants have doctorate degrees in  administration, planning, social policy, human resource development and organizational development from prestigious universities in the United States.  Their combined work experience of over a hundred years cover successful teaching in all educational levels, school administration, business management, staff development and organizational development interventions in some parts of Souteast Asia, Western Europe and the United States.

The Mission of the Parrenas Group is anchored in providing educational institutions and corporate organizations human resource and organizational development programs that  will create a conducive and safe working environment, increase productivity and enhance a secure economic climate.

Our Business

The Parreñas Group is made up of four interdependent corporations:

1. Development Associates, Inc. that addresses planning and development programs
2. Etna Resources, Ltd.  that manages recruitment and placement programs for professions
3. Parreñas and Associates, Inc. that conducts instructional and educational management programs and
4. Crown Ridge Academy that offers academic excellence preparation with employability skills in engineering and biomedical sciences for high school students in a charter school setting of a small learning community.

Who We Are

Dr. Florante Parrenas Chairman

Dr. Parrenas earned his postgraduate degree from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.  He is an experienced classroom teacher, school administrator in all educational levels, a corporate planning consultant, a corporate vice-president of a large manufacturing firm and a champion of social justice worldwide.

Dr. Cecilia Parrenas President

Dr. C.S. Parrenas is an accomplished classroom teacher and a post-doctoral fellow in psycholinguisitics in Boston University, Boston, MA.  She is a felow of the California Writing Project and a grant writing specialist.

Ms. Rhanee Parrenas Secretary

Ms. Parrenas graduated from the University of California in Berkeley with a major in Women's Studies and Rhetoric and a minor in Ethnic Studies.  She is currently the Employer Representative for the Marriott Foundation, Bridges from School to Work Program.  The program develops and supports mutually beneficial job placements to meet the workforce needs of local employers and the vocational goals of young people.
